I was assigned an agent, who was so helpful, and who walked me through each step of the process of getting my book printed. She not only made it easy for me, but responded almost immediately to any questions or problems I had. She was always kind and encouraging. Also, I worked with their Illustration Team, and was pleased with their work. Their illustrations followed my story perfectly.
